The NeighborWorks Alliance of TN is pleased to announce that they have selected Rebecca Dillow of Kingsport, TN to serve as their Team Lead in a consultant capacity. She will begin working with the Alliance in early April 2024. The Alliance is made up of five NeighborWorks-chartered affordable housing non-profit organizations across the state of Tennessee, which include Affordable Housing Resources, Inc. in Nashville, Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise in Chattanooga, Eastern Eight CDC in the Tri-Cities, HomeSource East Tennessee in Knoxville and United Housing in Memphis.

Rebecca has fifteen years of government experience and thirteen years of non-profit experience with the last five years in affordable housing leadership in both Virginia and Tennessee. Rebecca most recently served as the Director of Strategy & Development at Clinch-Powell RC&D in Rutledge, TN and brings a wealth of passion and enthusiasm for advocacy, affordable workforce housing and community development to the Alliance.
